Ferrum’s modern forging techniques use powdered metal with greater purity and density for fantastic cutting performance. Ferrum Technology have reinvented how knives are made, reducing waste and redefining performance.

Reclaimed Hardwood

The Oregon Black Walnut used to make the knife handles is reclaimed scrap from their local nut farms. They take the time to use a special burnishing technique and oil rub to give them their luster finish.

Each knife is hand sharpened to a razor-sharp 16 degrees. Convex edge geometry provides long-lasting performance!
